Kenosha County Fair
It is important to understand that the 4-H horse show at the county fair is not run by the Kenosha County 4-H Horse Project nor the Kenosha County 4-H. The horse show is run by the Kenosha County Fair and the designated superintendents. The fair and 4-H are two separate entities. Therefore why it is important to speak directly to the fair superintendents regarding anything pertaining to fair. That is can be anything from barn maintenance to practicing during fair to showing at fair, etc. If it's regarding anything during fair in regards to the horses go to the superintendents.
