Horse Shows
There are three opportunities through the Kenosha County 4-H Horse Project and the Wisconsin State 4-H for our members to exhibit their horses. Members are not limited to 4-H events. Many 4-Her's participate in other open and breed shows on a local to national level.
HORSE SHOW OPPORTUNITIES
FAIR
Annual Kenosha County Fair held mid-August each year where members can exhibit their equines.
PRE-FAIR
Pre-Fair is a dress rehearsal for fair. Held at the fairgrounds typically the last weekend of July.
OPEN SHOW
Public horse show hosted at the Kenosha County Fairgrounds. Open to the public to participate, gives members show experience, and is a fundraiser.
STATE 4-H SHOWS
The Wisconsin State 4-H Horse Project hosts a number of shows throughout the year. Some you qualify for at the county fair level others are open to anyone who would like to participate.
