Each year members are not only held accountable but also rewarded for their active participation within the Kenosha County 4-H Horse Project (KC4HP) by tracking their involvement. This worksheet also aids in self-verifying yourself as a member in good standing in order to exhibit your horse at the Kenosha County Fair. Come the end of the year depending on the number of points earned you have the opportunity to be rewarded for your efforts and hard work.

In other words, the whole point of the pony point program is to encourage learning, setting goals, and being rewarded for it. It is not just about accountability and earning that member in good standing status by going through the motions of just attending meetings. It's to get members to get out there and learn more. The pony points shouldn't just stop at earning six points. It should go way beyond that.
