Annual Meeting/Pony Points/Awards

šŸ“£ Annual MeetingĀ - Our Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 pm in the hearing room at the Kenosha County Center. Please try to attend; this is an important meeting: new leadership elections will take place, any changes to bylaws will be voted on, the yearly calendar reviewed, and a financial report will be presented.


ā˜‘ļø Leadership Nominations - If any member (5th grade and above) or adult is interested in being on leadership this year, please complete the Leadership Team Member Application Form. Interested adults must be registered/register as a volunteer through 4-H Online. There are TWO adult positions and NINE youth positions, 7th grade and above, open. If there are not enough youth nominees, it will be opened to 5th/6th graders.


🐓 Pony Point Submission - Please submit your Pony Points through this Google Form - Pony Points. All submissions are due by Friday, September 11th. If you are attending a state event in September, you can add those points. The blank pony point form is attached if you lost yours.


šŸ† Year-End Hoof & Heart Awards VotingĀ - Please vote here -->> Awards VotingĀ for our year-end fun awards! Think back over the year to the most memorable moments, the biggest helpers, the cheeriest member, etc., and get your votes in. Members, parents, and leaders can all vote one time. Awards will be presented at our Awards Night, Wednesday, October 21st - more info to come! Please save the date and invite your Horseless HorseĀ Buddies as well.


Thanks for a great year, we can't wait to see who will be leading us into the new 4-H year and honor everyone's hard work and achievements in October!
