There have been some changes to the state-level events this year, the biggest being that Arts, Creative Communication, Photography, Model Horse, and Team Problems have moved from the State Expo in September to Education Days in May. This does impact several of our members, and I hope some of you are still able to participate. Registration is now open for the Horse Leadership Conference on November 8th in River Falls. This is open to all youth in 7th grade or above as well as registered leaders.
