Fair Communication and Food

Good morning!

Thank you to all who came out yesterday to help with clean-up and decorating. Everything looks great!

📣 There were too many folks to add to a group text, so we will be using the Band app to communicate with the whole group during the fair. Below is a link to join if you haven't already. You are able to message the group or chat with smaller groups/individuals if needed. Feel free to invite spouses or kids if they have their own phone.

🍔 During the Friday show, we will be having a potluck lunch. Please reply on the Band app notification with how many will be eating from your family/group so we can purchase the correct amount of food. Pulled pork, hot dogs, and brats will be provided.

Most group communication will be coming from the app this week. I will still be checking for emails, but not as regularly after today.

If anyone needs ANYTHING, please reach out to any of the leaders, Denise, or Taylor. Fair Week should be FUN, not stressful; the kids have been working all year for this!
