Fair Countdown: Important August Dates & Reminders

Summer is flying by, and fair is just around the corner! Just a few updates and reminders for you:

🍭 Sunday, August 2, 3:00 pm - Fair decoration making/fair board pickup with pizza at 4:00 pm. Please feel free to stop by if you'd like to help make decorations for the barns. 21720 65th St, Bristol, WI 53104. Please bring a camp/folding chair and let me know how many for pizza if you haven't already.

🍀 Friday, August 7 - State entries for Gymkhana and Expo need to be in by this date! Please see the email from July 13 for all the information.

🏆 Sunday, August 9, 9:00 am - Pre-Fair Show. Please REGISTER HERE. Remember, you can only do Horse OR Horseless Horse/Walk-Trot; please do not pick both. The show will start promptly at 9:00 am, so please arrive early to warm up and get ready. We will be having a potluck lunch with the project providing hot dogs, brats, and fried chicken. You can sign up to bring a dish to pass here -->> POTLUCK SIGN UP

🪏 Sunday, August 16, 9:00 am - Barn Clean-Up and Decorating - Please bring rakes, shovels, brooms, staple guns, buckets, rags, scissors, drill w/screw driver attachments, anything else to clean up and help decorate. We could also use a few ladders to hang decorations if you have the room to bring them.

🐴 Tuesday, August 18 - Fair Move-In between Noon and 2:30 pm. Please remember any OUT OF STATE horses will need to have a health certificate dated within 30 days of the fair. If you have any questions about the fair, please reach out to Denise or Taylor, copied above.

Wednesday, August 5 - Trail Workout with Wendy at the Fairgrounds

Wednesday, August 12 - Judging with Lauren at Hawkspur (No Horses tonight unless asked by Linda)

Sunday, October 18 - Newly Added!! Everyone had so much fun at the last one, we decided to add a second Speed and Fun Show! Registration coming soon!
