FAIR - Health Certificates, PREMISE ID, Stall Forms, Barn Duty

On behalf of the fair supervisors...

HEALTH CERTIFICATES

Those with horses boarded out of state e.g. Illinois you must have a valid health certificate for your equine in order to have your animal on the fairgrounds and participate in the horse show. A copy must be provided to Ms. Johnson and/or Ms. Matrisch when you arrive.

PREMISE ID

Those that have not acquired a PREMISE ID you may submit it after your paperwork is turned in but you need to notify the fair prior to fair. The sooner the better. Do not wait until a week or two before the fair to send in the information. They have enough on their plate as they ramp up. We recommend no later than 30 days prior to the fair. So make it a deadline of July 17, 2021 to get that information in. We want to keep our fair staff happy and sane. Those that are out of state please find Illinois's form here. Those in Wisconsin go here. The YQCA Certificate is not applicable to equines. STALL FORMS Get those stall forms in NOW please. Let's make this a smooth process. While we are at it let's put a deadline to it shall we? You need to have your stall forms in to Ms. Matrisch no later than June 11, 2021. You may find them on our website under bullet number two. You can submit them electronically to Ms. Matrisch too. BARN DUTY An online barn duty sign-up sheet has been created. Please sign up on that form to help streamline communications. If you have already signed up for barn duty that information was transferred to this online sign-up sheet. You most likely received an email and if you didn't see it check your junk mail. BARN DUTY ONLINE SIGN-UP

P.S. You are receiving this email because you were listed as participating in the fair with a horse. These are blanket emails to keep everyone on the same page at the same time.
