We have a couple of important things coming up this week:
Countywide Meeting - Wednesday, July 26th at 7:00 pm. Review 4H Horse State Expo information and fill out paperwork. ANYONE that has completed 3rd grade can participate and it's not hard...come see what it's about! (Please see earlier State Expo email for forms and more information)
Applications for the LEADERSHIP TEAM are also due Wednesday. 5th grade and above can be on Leadership. Application here --->>> Leadership Application. Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting in August. Get involved and make this YOUR project!
PRE-FAIR, Sunday, July 30th at 9:00 am. It is not too late to sign up to participate or just help out. New to the project and never shown or been to a show...come find out what it's all about! If you are showing, remember to sign up for the Open classes and your age group! We will be having a Pot Luck lunch after the show, all members and families are welcome to join us! AND...a huge 'Thank You' to everyone that helped out at our Open Show yesterday, from set-up, to gates and everything in between...we couldn't have pulled it off without all of you! It was a very nice show, with decent numbers! I will have the final numbers at the meeting on Wednesday.
Reminder that Racine County invited us to their Horse Camp at the end of August and registration is due in one week. Information and a tentative/example schedule.
