Just a reminder that there isn't a Countywide Meeting this month (December) - we'll see you all after the new year!
However, we do jump right into the new year with our Annual Tack Sale and still need donations for the raffle and silent auction. While you are out and about please use our letter (Donation Letter) and ask if there is anything businesses would be able to donate...even a $10 gift card works! Families can also make a gift basket - items do not need to be horse-themed. Spa, candles, food themes, family game night, candy, tools, cleaning supplies...you name it, it could be a basket!
If you ask a business or will be making or getting a basket from someone, please use this form to keep track so we know what we have and others aren't asking the same places...Donation Tracking Any donations you may have can be dropped off during the Leadership Meeting on January 3rd between 6:45 - 8:00 pm - or please make alternate arrangements with Vicki.
