As you've probably gathered, our annual Tack Sale is our biggest fundraiser of the year and it's an all hands on deck event - sign up linked below.
Saturday's set-up time may change, I'm still waiting on confirmation from the school (it would be earlier in the afternoon), but all other slots are good.
If you are donating a baked good or drinks, they can be dropped off at Wilmot on Saturday during set-up or early Sunday morning. If you won't be able to make it, but can donate something, they can also be dropped off at Vicki's or another member's house, just let us know!
We also need donations for the raffles and silent auction from members. We need ALL donations dropped off at the January Countywide Meeting on January 15th at the absolute latest. Please add any donations to the tracking spreadsheet linked below. Baskets are great, but gift cards to local establishments are also wonderful and a big hit!
