State Gymkhana Forms & Information

I'm sorry if you came out to the workout last night specifically for the registration paperwork; I completely forgot to bring it along. I've attached all the information to this email, but will also have some hard copies at the show if you'd rather grab a pack there.

The State Gymkhana show is Saturday, September 6th this year. You must have completed 6th grade this past year to compete. Horses can be moved onto the State Fair Grounds after 5 pm on Friday, the 5th.

Paperwork is due back to me at the July 15th workout or sooner. A copy of current Coggins must be attached to the registration form. You also need to bring a coggins to the show.

The project will cover the cost of tack stalls...we will figure out how many once we know how many members are going...so don't mark a tack stall on your registration form. Members are responsible for all other costs. Stalls must be cleaned out after the show, or they will charge you $50, so plan to bring along brooms, shovels, etc.

If you will be staying in the dorms, rooms can hold up to 6 (bunk beds), so only reserve one if you'll be sharing. You will need to put down the names of everyone staying in the dorm. Camping information is also attached.
