I know you've all been wondering where your Monday email was... :-)
Barn clean up is this coming Sunday, Aug. 13th at 9:00 am. We will be cleaning up and decorating the barns for Fair. Fair boards and informational posters will be hung up at this time, so please make arrangements to get them to someone if you can't be there Sunday at some point. If you still need your board, please email me!! We do have a few extra if anyone didn't sign up and needs one. Any amount of time you can help out is appreciated! Lunch is provided for everyone around noon.
We will be hanging lights, so if a couple of people could bring tall ladders, please let me know!
The Horse Project will also be donating a basket to the Pie Auction held on Saturday evening of the fair. We will be purchasing a collapsible wagon and filling it with items. We don't really have a theme this year, but would appreciate donations to fill the wagon. Fuzzy blankets, travel mugs, candles, we could do a bunch of scratch-off lottery tickets, flashlights, we could actually put a 'pie' in it, if someone wants to bake, we were also okayed to have alcohol in there...anything goes this year!
