Fair Information/Workout Update/Pre-Fair

Hello All - Here is your long Monday email :-) 

There have recently been some questions about the fair as it is quickly approaching, so I've attached the information Denise shared at our March meeting. This covers arrival, barn duties and expectations, and much more, so please review again. 

We are still looking for some photos of your member for fair decorations: one of their first time with/around horses, and a current photo with their horse (or a horse special to them)

Barn clean-up and decorating will be Sunday, August 10th, at 9 am. If you will have a horse at the fair, please plan to be there to make sure your stall is cleaned out and ready for arrival. Please bring any equipment that may help (buckets, rags, rakes, shovels, drills, scissors, brooms, ladders, etc.)

We are keeping an eye on the temperature for this Wednesday and will make a decision on the workout by 3:00 pm on Wednesday. Since there isn't any riding, we may be able to hide in the shade to stay cooler and learn about massage and magnawave!

Pre-Fair is this coming Sunday, 8:30 am start time! We are still in need of some volunteers to help out: Ring Steward, Gate Help, and Grillmaster are at the top of the needs list!
