Good Morning!
Fair Clean-Up Day is this Sunday, August 16th at 9:00.
We will be cleaning up the barns and decorating. Please bring brooms, shovels, rakes, drills/bits, a large magnet (for checking stalls for nails, etc., if anyone has one), a staple gun, scissors, or anything else you think may be helpful. If you will be using stall mats, you can bring them to put down ahead of moving your horse in on Tuesday.
Don't forget your decorated Stall Board. If you still need one, I will have them.
We are trying something new this year. The project bought pallets of shavings from Runnings and will be offering them to members for $3/bag. We will have enough for at least 4 bags per stall. So save some time and money and enjoy the convenience of having them at the fairgrounds already!
From Denise & Taylor: Please reach out to Denise soon if you are on the list below!
