Good morning! We hope everyone is safe and sound after the storms last night!
For those who did not come to the Photo Board meeting last night, here are the details:
We now have 13x17 corrugated plastic boards covered with wood paneled contact paper. There is also a red banner printed on card stock. We asked the kids to attach the banner (with rubber cement or crafting tape) and pictures to it. We also suggested laminating their pictures with photo laminating sheets.
The boards will be in the viewing room at Hawkspur Farm after 5:00 pm today. You can pick them up there. We will also bring them to the fair clean up on Sunday.
If the boards are too small for your design and plans, we can offer secondary matching boards for a cost of $7. (Thanks to Renee Proctor for organizing this for us.) The secondary boards will be available on Sunday at the fair cleanup.
