Hello Leadership Nominees.
First off, THANK YOU very much for stepping up to be on our leadership team. We are nearing the time in which we will be electing the 2021-2022 team. As we approach this I have two asks of you since we are doing our elections this year via email.
THREE MINUTE VIDEO
Please develop a short three-minute video of yourself. This video should include but not limited to the following to give the members an understanding of you.
Introduce yourself
Years involved with 4-H
Your background/experience with horses
What seat you are interested in and why
Why you want to be on the leadership team
What makes you a good leader
What would you like to accomplish this year by being on the leadership team
What your goals are for the project this year
Favorite thing about horses
Once you complete your video please send me a link of your video to whichever mechanism you’d like to use e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, etc.
My plan is to pull together a private webpage for members to view each candidate. Please send me a photo of yourself too. Please have these items to me by Wednesday, August 11, 2021.
