Thanks to Ms. Procter she provided this schedule information to share with ya'll.
If there are any conflicts in the packets for days or times of events the "Show Schedule" is the final call.
One example is for "Judging" the show schedule has Friday at 5:30 PM - this is correct.
Under the Educational Rules pages of the handouts, it states "Judging" is Saturday at 5:00 PM - this is not correct.
We double-checked with the expo folks - the show schedule is always the final answer.

Another thing that she asked about was the coordination of outfits for judging. Does anyone have suggestions? My two cents would be something like dressing like a judge so like nice bootcut jeans, boots, white button-up shirt, and maybe a blazer and/or color coordinating scarfs? Something along those lines maybe? Someone throw out an idea. Mrs. Proctor mentioned maybe the state shirts. Please respond all to this email to get the ball rolling.
