Tack Sale sent Jan. 29

Hello everyone.

Time is sure flying by. Here comes our tack sale next weekend! Whew. We are light in some areas of our sign up sheet. Here are the notable areas.


  1. Bake sale items zero have signed up on the sheet. If you are planning to assist please sign up to avoid manual tracking.

  2. Thank you cards zero have signed up. These go out to all of our donors. Currently sitting at 58 donors. Good penmanship is a must.

  3. Security we could surely use a few more dads to aid in this area. People like to sneak in and not pay their $1. Yeah I know. But also that helps protect our vendors' items too so that those that should not be in there are not getting in the way and hopefully not doing unmentionable things.

  4. Tear Down and Clean Up the same amount of effort that goes into setting up is needed for cleaning up

  5. Raffle Prize Claim/Distribution need two-three good folks to help manage this when people come to collect their prizes.

  6. Raffle Drawing / Tracking / White Board Management / Announcing you are essentially pulling the winners, writing down the winning ticket number(s) on our tracking sheet and white boards, along with announcing on the mic.

DONATIONS! If you have a donation for our raffle area PLEASE get that to Ginger by January 31. A lot of prep goes into this area and recording of items etc. If you need to make additional arrangements to coordinate drop off please do so with her. ginger_0322@yahoo.com or 262-857-3808 (landline) or 262-914-5115 (cell). Ginger is JoDee's mom and has been running this area since the inception of the tack sale. In addition, to the item itself please also provide the contact information for the donation so we can send out the appropriate thank you's and donation receipts. And also give them props on our Facebook page. Any questions give us a holler. That should cover it for the moment.
