Open Show - Our next Open Show is this coming Sunday! Come show, 4H members get one low price for all day and we have a super friendly judge! If you aren't showing, please consider coming to help out. We are still in need of afternoon ribbon help (kid friendly job!). Sign Up Help
Fair Clean Up - Sunday, August 11, 9 am - Noon - All hands on deck to get the barns cleaned up and decorated for the fair. Please bring ladders, drills with Phillips/flat head bits, staple guns, work gloves, rakes, and buckets and rags if you want to wipe down your stalls. Does anyone have any straw bales we could use for decorating the front of the barns? Looking for 6-8
Stall boards for the Fair will be ordered this week and we will try to coordinate a night for everyone to get together to work on them... looking at August 7th right now. Pic of this year's board attached if you'd like to get any stickers/decor to coordinate. We also like to have informational posters to hang up around the barns, so you could work on them that night as well. We will have poster board available. These are worth pony points, too!
Poster ideas: Breeds of horses (or in-depth on one breed), tack (English/western), first aid or common horse ailments, feed/poisonous plants, the cost of horse ownership, or ANYTHING horse-related you find interesting. The more the better!!
