We Want Your Feedback! 🐴 2026 Horse Project Year-End Review

Hello Horse Project Families & Members,

As we wrap up another year, we’d love to hear from you!

We’ve created a 2026 Horse Project Year-End Review to gather feedback about the entire Horse Project experience, including meetings, activities, education, communication, leadership, shows, Fair, and everything in between.

Who should complete the survey? We encourage both youth members and parents/guardians to complete the survey. We want to hear from everyone who participated in or experienced the Horse Project this year. Youth and adults may have very different perspectives, and both are valuable. Please complete the survey individually rather than submitting one response for your entire family.

The survey uses a simple SWOT format: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. We want to know what worked well, what could be improved, what ideas you have for the future, and what challenges we should be thinking about as we plan for next year.

A few things to know:

• Responses are completely anonymous.

• Prompts are included to help spark ideas. You do not need to address every one.

• Please be honest, thoughtful, and constructive.

• If you identify something that could be improved, we especially encourage you to share a possible solution or idea along with it.

• Have an idea you’d like to see happen? We need volunteers! Great ideas take people to help bring them to life, so if there’s something you’d like to see added, changed, or improved, please consider volunteering to help make it happen.

• Feedback can relate to any part of the Horse Project year, including Fair.

Your feedback gives us valuable information as we evaluate this past year and begin planning for the next one.
