Hi Buddies,
A quick heads up on an important upcoming deadline along with a reminder to get a few items squared away.
Volunteer Registration Reminder
If you have not already done so, please be sure to register as a volunteer on wi.4honline.com so we have you properly set up in the system.
May 1 Deadline – Horse Identification Sheets
Please turn these in regardless of whether there is intent to show or not.
These can be found on our website and are very straightforward — essentially the 4-H version of breed papers. They will require:
Photos of the horse (profile shots)
Buddy signature
Submission to the fair office drop box
Important – Stalling at Fair
Please note:
You will need to declare to the superintendent whether your horse will be stalled at the fair for the full week or not
Horseless Horse buddies do have the option to not have their horse at fair
This is a fair decision, not a 4-H decision — two separate systems
Once you commit to stalling, you are essentially locked in unless you do not attend
If you are unsure, it is best to connect directly with the superintendents to discuss options.

More Information
All fair-related information can be found here: https://kenoshahorse.wixsite.com/horseproject/fair
This is the most important item right now — more details and reminders will be coming as we move forward.
If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
PS All horseless horse members have been copied on this email as I do not know everyone's buddies if you have one. But this is to keep everyone in the loop.
P.S.S. If you haven’t already, please be sure to join our private Facebook group, Barn Aisle Buzz. It’s a space for our members to connect, share finds (tack, clothing, etc.), ask questions, and support one another throughout the season. Keep an eye out for the group and request to join!
