Pre-Fair Show Sign Up

Hopefully, everyone had a great 4th of July with family and friends!

We're quickly approaching our Pre-Fair show date of July 27th at 8:30 am.

In this email, you'll find two different sign-ups, please make sure you take a look at both.

Pre-Fair Class Sign Up - Please sign your member up for their classes here. There is no paperwork due at the show besides a copy of current Coggins. As a reminder, this is a warm-up/run-through for the fair show, and is for project members only. If you didn't sign up for the fair, but would still like to participate, you can do so. Full show clothes, tack, and a clean horse are required. 

If you have any questions on what you should be signing up for, please reach out. Generally, it is broken out by Horse, Pony, or Horseless Horse and then by grade level (grade completed last year). 

We will be running the gymkhana events at the end of the day. If you completed two clinics and the instructor signed off on your certification, you can also sign up for those classes.

Pot Luck & Volunteer Sign Up - We always have a group lunch after/during the show. The project will provide hot dogs and burgers, but we ask everyone bring a dish to pass. We will also need some volunteers for the show. If you can only do part of the shift, please reach out, and I can break it up.
